Data Deletion Instructions
How to Delete Your Account
If you would like to delete your Mokslopedia account and all associated personal data, please send an email to info@mokslopedia.lt from the email address associated with your account. Include "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line.
What Gets Deleted
Upon processing your request, we will permanently delete the following data:
- Your account and profile information (name, email, role)
- Tutor-specific data (headline, bio, approval status) if applicable
- Uploaded files (avatar photos and documents)
- Any data received from third-party login providers (Google, Facebook, Apple)
Processing Time
We will process your deletion request within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.
Facebook Login Users
If you signed up using Facebook, you can also remove Mokslopedia's access to your data from your Facebook App Settings. To fully delete your data from our systems, please also follow the email instructions above.
