Mokslopedia is a platform that connects students with tutors for personalized learning. We provide tools for tutors to create profiles and for students to discover and connect with tutors.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You may not create accounts on behalf of others without their permission.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to use the platform to upload false or misleading information, impersonate others, harass or abuse other users, or engage in any activity that violates applicable laws. Tutors must accurately represent their qualifications and experience.
5. Content and Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of content you upload to Mokslopedia. By uploading content, you grant us a license to display it on the platform as necessary to provide our services. You must not upload content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
6. Tutor Approval
Tutor profiles are subject to review and approval by Mokslopedia administrators. We reserve the right to approve, reject, or revoke tutor status at our discretion. Only approved tutors are publicly visible on the platform.
7. Limitation of Liability
Mokslopedia is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for the quality of tutoring services arranged through the platform. We do not guarantee the accuracy of tutor profiles or qualifications.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may request account deletion at any time by contacting us.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
